CERNEY has spent over 30 years focusing its activity on developing thermal products and systems for the energy and industrial sectors, and is now present in more than 25 countries.
Cerney thermal technology
With a work philosophy based on customised equipment design, commitment, flexibility and efficiency, we respond to the needs of the market and to the concerns of our customers with customised equipment tailored to each project. We mostly design and manufacture large pyrotubular boilers to produce steam and superheated water up to 38 MW of thermal power. Our boilers are calculated and designed using our own software, which guarantees a customised supply and allows our products to achieve maximum energy efficiency, calculating, designing and manufacturing equipment under both European standards (EN, TRD, AFNOR, etc.) and the ASME «American Society of Mechanical Engines» code.

Quality guarantee
Since 2012, we have been one of the few European manufacturers of industrial boilers to hold the rigorous ASME «S» and «U» marks and certificates, as well as the Authorisation Certificate awarded by The National Board of Boiler & Pressure Vessel Inspectors, enabling us to affix the ASME mark to our boilers upon customer request.
Our commitment to quality in design, manufacture, assembly and technical service for all our products and services is ratified by our compliance with ISO 9001:2000, awarded to CERNEY in 2001, as well as the EN ISO 3834-2 certification in Quality for fusion welding of metal materials and the certification related to the health and safety of our workers, according to Standard BS OHSAS 18001:2007.

Manufacturing takes place in our modern facilities in Zaragoza, Spain, which are equipped with cutting-edge technology, state-of-the-art machinery and tooling, certified personnel, and full product traceability.
