Thermal oil boilers
Our Conventional 3 – Pass Thermal Oil Boilers are fitted with a burner and three passes of gases. Furnace heat transfer is by radiation while the other two passes use convection.
In these units, the boiler vessel is cylindrical in shape and can be mounted horizontally or vertically. It contains a large furnace, which impedes any contact at any point between the flame and the boiler vessel, ensuring that the film temperature does not exceed the maximum working limits for heating oil.
The superheated fluid circulates under pressure and is controlled throughout a multi-tubular coil, ensuring perfectly balanced heat transfer and guaranteeing that the boiler operates with no risk of abrupt fluid flow fluctuations.
