Steam recovery boilers
The recovery of heat from high-temperature gases is achieved through a wide range of boiler designs, depending on the type of gases involved and the heat transfer to fluids required for each manufacturing process. CERNEY’s proprietary software enables the theoretical principles to be put into practice for steam or water boilers.
In our range of firetube recovery boilers for steam production, the boiler carcass, formed by a cylindrical vessel configured horizontally, has a built-in internal multi-tubular heat transfer unit and an upper chamber where the steam forms and accumulates. The gas circulation is achieved from a front chamber fitted with an adjustable flange, to the rear section where it ends up in another chamber with a smoke stack.
