Reboiler

Reboiler

Reboilers are steam production units that work on the basis of transferring heat from an auxiliary steam source and the recovery of the condensed liquid which is fed directly into the machine.

The reboiler carcass, configured horizontally, houses inside a tube bundle through which the steam from the auxiliary supply source circulates, specifically designed to work in the particular conditions of flow, pressure and temperature.

This tube bundle is fully immersed in recovered condensed vapour, which will absorb the heat supplied by the source for the generation of steam.

This steam is stored in a chamber within the unit for subsequent release into the process line.
